Congratulations to Chief of Police Harry Brignac

Each year, the FBI Citizens' Academy Alumni association - Louisiana Chapter - recognizes outstanding service in select fields. The qualities they look for in honorees include strong leadership, a high level of honesty and integrity, and support of community outreach initiatives. Chief Brignac has been selected to receive the 2010 Outstanding Service in Law Enforcement Award.
